Our bikes arrive 95% assembled in a custom-engineered box. Usually, you only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost using the toolkit provided with your order.

What happens if I don't like my bike after it arrives?
We offer a 30-day test ride policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike within 30 days. Please ensure the bike is in clean, as-new condition and packed in its original box.
